Declaration and Notice:

The purpose of this document is to ensure that YT-LOK and the brand of YT-LOK are represented by suitable businesses. YT-LOK requires all applicants to complete the Dealer Application Form. The information provided will be treated confidentially and used only for the purpose of selecting the right partner for YT-LOK brand. The submission and processing of the Dealer Application Form obligates neither YT-LOK nor the applicant to become a party to any contract. Any investments and expenditures made by the applicant in contemplation of YT-LOK entering into any contract are at the applicant's risk and do not in any way obligate YT-LOK.

Thank you for your interests in becoming a dealer of YT-LOK. We are looking for companies with a suitable set of skills, knowledge and experience to effectively develop and manage a dealer network for the sale of YT-LOK valves, fittings and other related products.

Authorized Dealer

Upon successful application as an Authorized Dealer, you can expect the following from YT-LOK

●Competitive dealer price

●Preview of upcoming products
● Free products training and technical support
●At least 150 free Middle Catalogues a year
●At least 500 free Leaflets a year
● At least 10 free Detailed Catalogues a year
expects the following from all Authorized Dealer:

●Proof that your company is a "bona fide" organization
● Minimum purchases to the value of a specific amount per year
●Push YT-LOK product regularly in specific region
●Display of products in the showroom
In order to be considered as an Authorized Dealer, you must:

● Have prior experience in the oil and gas industry, chemical industry, power plant or equivalent experience
● Have sound marketing and sales experience
● Have strong financial management skills and business growth experience
● Have senior management experience
● Be computer capable
● Have infrastructure for the receiving, dispatching and warehousing of goods
● Meet credit requirement

Additional requirement will be discussed after receipt of application and fully outlined in Dealership

Agreement which must be signed.
